WHY: Because school is back in session, you can steal an hour away for yourself, the holidays (and the 10lbs people usually pack on) are coming, you can win a CASH prize if you lose the biggest percentage of body weight, and YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!
WHAT: You get 12 weeks of unlimited group fitness workouts, plus access to our new yoga classes(Compound Chill/Deep Stretch, Intro to Yoga and Yoga Trapeze), sample meal plans to choose from, a private accountability group where you’ll get support from other group members and coaches as well as extras like personal development and a how-to guide on creating a vision board, plus opportunities for Q&A with Coach Tanya, RN, new friends, weekly weigh-ins and before/after pics!

Wednesday: Functional Grp Fitness 5:30a/6p with Coach Tanya
Thursday: Functional Grp Fitness 5:30a with Coach Meredith Ann and 5:30p with Coach Tanya, Intro to Yoga 6:45p with Yogi Liana
Friday: Functional Grp Fitness 5:30a only with Coach Meredith and Yoga Trapeze 5:30p with Coach Tanya

individual training

You're a lone wolf. A renegade. We get you! That's why we offer individual workout options. Get one-on-one attention to meet your needs. You chart your fitness course. We'll be the compass. Contact us to schedule your personal training sessions.

Group FITNESS classes

There's strength in numbers - true statement, especially in our group classes!


Our group fitness classes are always staffed with certified coaches to guide you every step of the way. Each class contains a mix of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), resistance/strength training, calisthenics (think push ups, pull ups, lunges, crunches), and endurance training.

The goal of our group classes is to provide a whole body workout that builds strength and endurance. Functional fitness training is for ALL fitness levels.


Our services

yoga & Flexibility classes

Yoga is for EVERY body - we have Intro to Yoga, Yoga Trapeze and Compound Chill - our signature Deep Stretching for Flexibility class.


Our facility is not your typical yoga studio. We're a Functional Fitness Studio gym that has expanded our programs to include yoga, stretching, and breath work for students who might typically be hesitant to go to a traditional yoga studio. Our yoga classes are taught by Yoga Alliance Certified instructors with specialties in Yoga Trapeze, Stretch Coaching, Breath Coaching, and Chair Yoga. Each class is modified to meet you where you are in your current practice from the beginner to the experienced yogi.
